In this excerpt from Hannity:
Sarah Sanders, White House Press Secretary: “It’s what both parties do, but it’s what the Democratic Party has done in the past too, and Senator Warren has a responsibility to look at that.”
Hannity: “She does?”
Sanders: “She does, she has her views. You’ll have to talk to her about the way she’s going to talk about this. But to suggest that we’re somehow engaged in a corrupt system is absurd, and that even goes for what the President did and talked about in that regard.”
The top Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, Sen. Ron Wyden, was asked about President Trump’s tweet on Sen. Warren and suggested the President is attacking her because she challenged him on the pay gap with women earlier this year.
Wyden said, “I do think, it’s too early to draw any conclusions from that.”
